Employee Signature File Guidelines
In an effort to present a unified, consistent presentation to the outside world, Quality One has established a standardized set of guidelines for all Q1 staff email signatures, as defined below:
Example Signature File
The company shield with ISO accreditation and all current corporate awards should always lead off the signature file. Current copies of all images can be found further down the page.
A - Name
Use your first and last name that you typically go by for business purposes.
B - Position
Use your exact position title as assigned to you by Human Resources on the org chart. If you have any questions about this, please contact either your Supervisor or HR.
C - Quality One Wireless
Please do not use Quality One, Quality One Wireless LLC, Q1 LLC or any other derivative. We all work for Quality One Wireless, and our signature files must reflect as such.
D - Address
Regardless of where you work, please list the Orlando office address in the format identified here =>

E - Phone & Fax Information
We all have various forms of contact, and your primary phone numbers should be listed in order of importance here, in and in the format of (XXX) XXX-XXXX. If you have one primary phone number, please utilize the letter T to denote. If you have both a landline and a cell that you use, List them both with T for the landline, and C for the cell. If you commonly use a fax, use the F for the fax number.
F - Company Website
This line will always read https://www.q1w.com
G - Social Media
The final line lists the company's social media properties in the order or LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. Set up a link on each icon, and the links are as seen below:
